You should first add yourself as a sourceforge member, then ask Marc, Juha or Sebastien (the administrators) to add your newly created sourceforge account to the JBoss project as developer. Also few documentation to read about CVS and SSH, and about the sourceforge protocol used to commit new changes (basically track them in the changelog and feature request pages).
