Some notes on these changes:

The target directory for jbosstest results (ie the TEST-org.... files) is
now the directory above jbosstest!  Hope this is ok - but it makes it easier
for the site that shows the results.

I've upgraded to ant-1.3 - yeah, I know its a pain to have it in all
projects - but maybe that will be sorted out...

I've added the xsl files that I use to build the email/lubega.com site - so
that you can get the same report/amend it as needed.

To build these, they are not part of the standard target, so use the target
"test-and-report" with the run_tests.xml file.

I've added a custom ant taskdef - for concatenating files.  And I've
actually added the resulting build jar to the project too - as generally it
should not need to be changed.  To rebuild this, use the target
"jar-ant-tasks" - but hopefully ant will have this soon and we can just
remove it.
