I Have been annoyed by this problem as well. This is caused by someone who
is subscribed having their mail stopped by their own mail system, which
then complaines to the sender.
In general, its good form for a mail administraor to warn senders if they
intercept their mail. However, a sender putting mail on a list sure
dossen't need to know that some other list member's anti-spam system didn't
like the message. This is just plain unnecessary.
To whoever the subscriber is thats causing this, have your mail system
check for:
Precedence: bulk
In the message header. If present, don't issue warnings about the mail.
Sourceforge's list software is properly flaging these messages. So there
should be no reason not to check that flag.
Of course, if this message is judged to be spam, possibly due to the bulk
flag, I guess I just wasted some bandwidth ;-)

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
