Is it not more simple to set the min-capacity and max-capacity to 1 in standardjboss.xml, or even in your bean's jboss.xml.

If I wanted to write a NoCachePolicy for EntityBeans (that is, no entity instance caching).  Would it be as simple as implementing CachePolicy where get(..) just returns null?
