This is a good idea, part of what I want to do for JBoss 3.0 is the General Purpose Architecture, which offers connectors PER MBEANSERVER at the VM level, the connectors can be RMI, RMI/IIOP, SOAP, HTTP, JMS anything and we carry the message to the target containers (or MBeans). We would need to be able to create a series of connectors PER MBS in a given VM... will keep a thread on that one marc |-----Original Message----- |From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] |[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of |[EMAIL PROTECTED] |Sent: Monday, June 11, 2001 11:36 AM |To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] |Subject: [JBoss-dev] [ jboss-Feature Requests-432122 ] JMX RMI Connector |Enhancements | | |Feature Requests item #432122, was updated on 2001-06-11 08:36 |You can respond by visiting: |http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=376688&aid=432122& |group_id=22866 | |Category: None |Group: None |Status: Open |Priority: 5 |Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) |Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) |Summary: JMX RMI Connector Enhancements | |Initial Comment: |Additional parameter to allow multiple JMX |RMIConnector per host to be registered in a Naming |Service. Currently we are limited to one |RMIConnectorService per machine because of the name |binding. This prevents the running of multiple agents |in separate VMs (perhaps on a multi-processor machine) |controled by multiple RMIConnectors. | | |---------------------------------------------------------------------- | |You can respond by visiting: |http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=376688&aid=432122& |group_id=22866 | |_______________________________________________ |Jboss-development mailing list |[EMAIL PROTECTED] |http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jboss-development _______________________________________________ Jboss-development mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jboss-development
