just been doing a few tests and there's a flaw in the latest jaws.dtd.

I think the second line in the snippet below should be
   +<!ELEMENT type-mapping-definitions (name, type-mapping-definitions*)>

Also wouldn't it be better singular - ie type-mapping-definition
