|This is not ok. In fact, this is incorrect. System exceptions, not
|rollbacks in general, result in the ejection of the instance. If we
|don't comply, we could break applications for some people.
right, when I say "that's ok", I don't meant "it's right" in fact and I
might argue that more in detail at some point, transactional methods in
CMT+sync or BMT should be the ones to take the decision on what to do with
it.
