Re the license, it was started as JBoss project and then moved out and
changed license, while the owner of the copyright (aaron) had a right to
change his license, the code that was licensed under LGPL remains under
LGPL.
The license should therefore be LGPL.

I am doing that already don't worry about it. And yes it does mean
specifying the JDBC driver by other means. I got it.

|if I don't get any complaints. I can put up a patch if anyone wants to

Many people are involved in the pools these days, give a bit more time, say
at least early time next week before moving ahead,
