I have a todo to rewrite the deployer for a number of issues:

1. Update the deployer to allow for a non-jar based object describing the
deployment content.
2. Update the AutoDeployer to:
a. Not excessively copy jars
b. Work with unarchived ears, jars and wars
c. Allow locking of a deployment unit so that is can be updated
