1. I just fixed testsuite/build.xml so only real tests are run from any of
the test targets. There was a problem with what I committed yesterday.

2. It looks like something odd is going on since not all tests from some
test classes were found.  For instance,
jmx/test/ConnectionFactoryLoaderUnitTestCase has 2 tests, but only one is
shown as run.

I am now getting exactly the right tests run from build/build.sh
run-nightly. (Currently I'm having a problem starting jboss, but a few
minutes ago many tests were passing).

Do you have any way to verify that jboss started?
