File system usage will not be going away anytime soon.  Lets provide users
with a web friendly file system.  Resource usage from classloaders is too
restictive.  How would you create a new resource?  Where would it be stored?

Files are not a bad thing... but used improperly they can make s distributed
system hard to use and maintain.
