|FWIW, Tomcat4 does the same thing, which means that you have to bundle
|in jaxp.jar in your webapp, or you're going to get strange class-cast
|exceptions and class-not-found exceptions. The solution is to bundle all
|libraries with your app.

That is REALLY dumb, what in the world are they thinking?  are we the only
ones that do smart things with CL architectures?  who is in charge of this
craig?

Jetty guys, doing this correctly is going to blow a hole in everyone, tomcat
included... why? the packaging will become a trivial thing, you will not
need to package everyone together and what not, it makes the distribution
and package a trivial thing.  You will see, this is really a order of
magnitude simpler.

So if you want to take a chance and leave Tomcat in the dust, this is the
one, do it!
