Who is suggesting you hit these urls ? As bundled, Jetty comes with no apps deployed - so hitting these urls WILL tell you that nothing is found.
You won't find anything there until you PUT something there. It looks as if some doc is out of date somewhere. Give me a pointer to it and I shall update it.
