Just a remark:
in other large development organizations you are obliged to do some special performances if you broke the nightly build: at MS you have to take care of the build until some other guy checks in something that does not compile. At a company I used to work for, you had to throw a beer party for the other developers if you broke the build three days in row... Curious, what Marc is offering...
