I can confirm that the only time JBoss3/Jetty HEAD deploy new versions of my
servlets/JSPs is after I bounce the server...

This wasn't the case yesterday, but I noticed that Jetty was updated, as
well as all of the other changes in the last 20 hours...

My CVS is current as of 11:15am PST today...
