Summary: remove IIOP container-configurations

Initial Comment:
BTW, we/you/I need to remove the <container-
configuration> dependencies for IIOP and either move
this config (the WebCL for instance) to the invoker-
proxy-binding configurations or someplace else. Right
now, you cannot have an IIOP and RMI invoker serving
up one container. We need to fix this.

IIOP container configurations were removed from
standardjboss.xml, the iiop <invoker-proxy-binding> should
be used instead. IIOP-specific config elements are now in
the <proxy-factory-config> of an IORFactory. JRMP and IIOP
invocations to the same container now work, as demonstrated
by the new hellojrmpiiop test.
