Summary: resource-ref in web.xml cause error
Initial Comment:
If there is a <resource-ref> element in the web.xml file
the server takes a saxparseexception during deployment.
This works on Oracle oc4j, and Sun j2ee.
Not sure why we get a saxparseexception because the DTD
clearly allows this...

The testsuite uses resource-ref in a web.xml descriptor. For
example see the following. Resubmit with an example if there
really is a problem.

<resource-ref>

The default DS

<res-ref-name>jdbc/DefaultDS</res-ref-name>
<res-type>javax.sql.DataSource</res-type>
<res-auth>Container</res-auth>
</resource-ref>

<resource-ref>

Default Mail

<res-ref-name>mail/DefaultMail</res-ref-name>
<res-type>javax.mail.Session</res-type>
<res-auth>Container</res-auth>
</resource-ref>

<resource-ref>

Default QueueFactory

<res-ref-name>jms/QueFactory</res-ref-name>
<res-type>javax.jms.QueueConnectionFactory</res-
type>
<res-auth>Container</res-auth>
</resource-ref>
