No, unfortunately not because the JMX server just casts the mbean for the class loader into a ClassLoader instance. I can make the DeploymentInfo an MBean that exposes the UCL for one stop shopping while I'm mucking around in here, but the UCL mbean for the service still needs to be registered independently.
