This is failing because the jnet.jar has moved. I presume that shutdown.sh also fails too - since that has not changed etiher. jnet.jar is now in several places (ie the configs) - all, default, minimal and client. Is it safe to "assume" that one of these directories will always be present? Or perhaps jnet.jar should be moved into the lib directory - or even the bin directory - since we have a shutdown.jar which relies on it...
