Summary: Cocoon2 deployment JNDI error

Initial Comment:
Cocoon2 deploys, but cannot start because of a JNDI 
error in all of the packages of JBoss having Catalina.

Operating System: RedHat Linux 7.2

JDK Version: Sun Java 1.3.1_03

Server trace: attached, also the error output page

Steps to reproduce:
1) start jboss3.0.1-tomcat4.0.4
2) copy cocoon.war to 
${jboss.home}/server/default/deploy/
3) navigate to http://localhost:8080/cocoon/ with a 
browser client
