[JBoss-dev] Foe deployer in testsuite is broken

I think bea has updated the weblogic dtd, and this has broken out testsuite. I have commented out the foe deployer tests in the build.xml until these issues are resolved.

Alex when you get this working just search the build.xml file for foe and you will see my changes. I had to change the nested comments into a <!== ==> syntax, so you'll have to change them back into the normal <!-- --> syntax.
