Summary: SpyTxLog uses System.out.println
Initial Comment:
In the 3.0.4 distribution:
The constructor for
org.jboss.mq.pm.rollinglogged.SpyTxLog prints the
following message using System.out.println instead of
log4j:
(Line 42)
System.out.println("created SpyTxLog: " + this);
This generates a LOT of output if you are processing
many messages.

the offending code is removed from 3.0 Branch (no need to
log this anyways IMO, please object if you disagree); will
be fixed in 3.2 and HEAD, too.
