Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Emerson Cargnin (echofloripa) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Errors in jboss adm and dev. sec. edtion Initial Comment: Here goes some more errors from the 3.0.4 book, I have noted a lot more of them that i'll send as I can : page 27: - conf/login-config.xml item : There is no chapter reference (it should be chapter 8) at the sentence : "This See Chapter, "," for additional details on..."" - conf/standartjaws.xml at the final of the sentence : "JBossCMP engine is given in XXX" . Is there an introduction to JBossCMP??????? page 28 : - conf/standartjbosscmp-jdbc.xml the same of the last (no chapter indicated) - conf/standartjboss.xml item the sentence : "... file is covered inn Chapter"The EJB Container...". The chapter 5 can be used to indicate... - deploy/hsqldb-service.jar it is idicated that version 1.6.1 is used . it seems that this versions was the one that had a memory leak. I think the jsql of 3.0.4 is earlier. PAGE 30 : the output for the startup show 3.0.2 as the version used. I think it should be 3.0.4 PAGE 32 : - Anonymous CVS Access item the sentence "The JBoss projects's CVS repository can be accessed through anonymous (pserver) CVS" I think that pserver has not to do with being anonymous. You can use authenticated user either with pserver or extssh. - Obtaining a CVS Client item : the last line i think is miswritten. "The syntax of the command line version of CVS will be examined because this is common across all platforms" should be : "The syntax of the command line version of CVS will not be examined because this is common across all platforms" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=376687&aid=649048&group_id=22866 ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Jboss-development mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jboss-development
