Yes, I spoke with someo of them: we have a bunch of people working on this
... but never a single line is commited.

I am working on a framework to be able to plugin administration tools
(hot-plugs). The first version is web based but nothing prevent it to be
something else (profiled-based). I am not yet working on the specific
plugins themselves, but on the framework in itself. First "result" was this
night ;) I will commit as soon as I have something meaningfull (next week
probably) and then coordonate the plugin development effort if anyone want
to join.
