the clean install did it! Now I can start and stop JBoss 3.2 (Fridays cvs version) out of the eclipse IDE.
Now I will try it with the RC1 from last Friday.

This is very disappointing ): I've installed linux (SuSE 8.1) to figure out this bug. I could reproduce it there and fixed it in a way that it at least works on my computer. You might remove org.jboss.ide.eclipse.* from the plugins and feature directory and install JBoss-IDE 1.0.2 again. It would be good to know if the other user who have experienced this bug also still have the same problem.
