A suggestion: Integrate with the EJB deployer. It would be good to mix EJBs and hibernated stuff. Meaning I could feasibly have jbosscmp-jdbc.xml, jaws.xml and hibernate.xml in the same ejb-jar.jar. This also gives us a chance to ditch the present CMP engine and use a wrapper around hibernate to provide EJB persistence.
