[JBoss-dev] SNMP alert notifications

It makes sense to plug in SNMP to the alert monitoring I did.  Does 
anybody know how I can go about this?  I saw some stuff in the SNMP 
adapter about converting JMX NOtifications into SNMP messages.  Can 
somebody look into creating an SNMP listener for my alert monitoring 
stuff or give me pointers (links, urls) on how to create an SNMP message 
sent through our SNMP adaptor?
