I was logged in. It wasn't working on either IE *or*
Mozilla, after logging in. Not sure if this is related, but I then logged on my
Linux box to try it, and now everything is working on both environments. Maybe
there was something wacked with my account that somehow got fixed when I logged
in from the other box? Who knows.
That error does always show when you are not logged in and
attempt to create a new topic - BTW
