Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3821601 The problem appears visually as "InvocationTargetException" when trying to saving changes to a project's Packaging and/or XDoclet Configurations. Look in the workspace/.metadata/.log file to see the underlying problem: Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: \resources\configuration2packaging.xsl (The system cannot find the path specified) ... at org.jboss.ide.eclipse.packaging.core.configuration.ProjectConfigurations$1.run(ProjectConfigurations.java:158) - OR - Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: \resources\configuration2xdoclet.xsl (The system cannot find the file specified) ... at org.jboss.ide.eclipse.xdoclet.run.configuration.ProjectConfigurations$1.run(ProjectConfigurations.java:161) The (Windows) workaround is to create a C:\resources directory and copy the plugins\org.jboss.ide.eclipse.packaging.core_1.2.230\resources\configuration2packaging.xsl and plugins\org.jboss.ide.eclipse.xdoclet.run_1.2.230\resources\configuration2xdoclet.xsl files there. It's not pretty, but it works. When you change either Packaging or XDoclet configurations you may get both configurations written out to disk, but it seems to work otherwise. There really needs to be a bug fix to JBoss-IDE for Eclipse 3.0-M7. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net is sponsored by: Speed Start Your Linux Apps Now.
