Summary: JFreeChart in deploy/management conflicts with other apps

I am writing an application which uses Cewolf, which
depends on JFreeChart. If I have the deploy/management
web applications deployed, my application will not be
able to generate charts, giving the following exceptions:

I am using JBoss 3.2.4RC1 from CVS today, with the
Tomcat5 web container. I have set the UseJBossWebLoader
mbean attribute to false (to isolate the webapps from
each other). Why is the management app's classes
conflicting with my application?
Shouldn't the management app be packaged as a .war to
avoid this happening?
