Thanks for your reply. The problem has been fixed (or gone away). Most likely, i caused the error when i selected the option Debug As "Run-Time WorkBench". According to some post on the Net, this will cause another eclipse thread to start for debugging.
I tried to close the project. Select another Debug As mode. It just doesnot work. Finally, i caused some error on UI and get following message on the log. MESSAGE Problems occurred when invoking code from plug-in: "org.eclipse.ui.workbench". The UI workbench is reset and then debug work again (either local or remote).
