You can use XDoclet merge files to do this.  

Put your configurations in a file named jboss-container.xml then in your JBoss sub-tag 
in the EJB XDoclet task, add the mergedir="<dir where your merge files live"> 
property.  

This will merge in your invoker-proxy-bindings and your container-configurations into 
the generated jboss.xml file found your EJB's meta-inf directory.
