I try to build nukes and deploy it and I get the following error:

file:c:/projects/jboss/nukes/nukes/build.xml:249: Missing required file:

It seems to be having problems with the ${jboss.nukes.dir} variable in the build xml
file. it is not replacing it. Any ideas?
