The MailLogMBean stuff is crap. (I wrote it so I can say that). All we really need is an inner class which Log4J can key off of. This will solve a weird blocking issue that happens from time to time. Rip out the MailLog crap and just create an example log4j config off of an inner class (which may already be there in the WrappedPrintWriter)...
