I'd like a feature that might be found under "Packaging Config" and "XDoclet Config" 
that would rebuild the xml files without having to apply.

The problem is that we store the .xdoclet and .packaging in cvs, when somebody changes 
this file and commits it I need to open and apply to rebuild the xml files, the 
problem is caused when I hit apply it changes the timestamp or something on the .files 
and then shows that I have outgoing changes even though I didn't change anything.
