the DelegateContext provides more methods then the Context interface exposes. 

would there be any harm in adding the additional methods that the DelegateContext 
provides into the Context interface, so the object can be passed around as that 
interface? 

(i started doing this locally, and then figured i'd inquire about it before i got too 
far along)
