Summary: jgroups logging is too verbose

Initial Comment:
The new jgroups logging is too verbose.

I have had to set the level to WARN to get it to shut up
on the console.

Even then, it looks like it is picking up some
configuration
from HAPartitionImpl

Do we need a special commons logging plugin to translate
the levels from jgroups to jboss policy?

Regards,
Adrian
