I have added a property JndiName, which can be added to the treecache-service.xml 
file. If set, TreeCache binds its local object into JNDI, so it can be used by callers 
that are in the same address space, e.g servlets.

Remote client can use RMIAdapter to invoke methods via JMX, and I'll change this in 
the future to create a proxy that will be downloaded by standalone client, and that 
transparently forwards invocations to the remote TreeCache.
