The clustered solution requires a number of other changes. A) Fixes to make the message id and transaction id generation cluster safe. B) Reliable replication of in memory state, 1) who has made a subscription 2) who is waiting for a message 3) who has received what messages 4) what messages are acknowledged 5) which messages have been added and may want to go in the replicant's in memory state.
