Category: Docs Group: v3.2 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Jrg Thnnes (thoennes) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: HttpContextFactory: java.naming.provider.url wrong Initial Comment: JBoss book 3.2.2 (Last Updated: December 18, 2003 11:24 pm) Chapter 3 "Naming on JBoss - The JNDI Naming Service" Section "The HTTP InitialContext Factory Implementation" The examples for the java.naming.provider.url seems to be wrong. We had to look up the code to find that the "JMXInvokerServlet" should be replaced here by "JNDIFactory". Took us some hours to find out. The pictures describing the lookup over JNDI is not very clear; a UML style sequence diagram would be better to read here. It is actually in the _paid_ documentation.
