I am getting an error when trying to start JBoss from the IDE the error is could not find the main class the program will exit in a dialog box with java virtual machine launcher as the heading I then get a message in the eclipse console java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\jboss-3/2/4 Exception in thread "main"
I installed the software using the installer guide. I have the following software running Eclipse Platform Version: 2.1.3 Build id: 200403101828 java version "1.4.2" Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2-b28) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2-b28, mixed mode) JBoss IDE 1.2.4 JBoss 324 I was wondering if there is some problem with what is in my path PATH=C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;C:\program files\j2 sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2;c:\mysql;c:\mysql\bin;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80 \Tools\BINN;c:\program files\eclipse;c:\program files\junit3.8.1;c:\program file s\JBoss-3.2.4;C:\program files\j2sdk_nb\j2sdk1.4.2\bin;C:\jwsdp-1.3\jwsdp-shared ;C:\program files\eclipse;c:\program files\junit3.8.1\junit3\junit.jar;c:\progra m files\JBoss-3.2.4 I can successfully start JBoss from the Run.bat bat file. So there seems to be some configuration problem between the IDE and JBoss. I hope someone can help Thanks Alan View the original post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3840855#3840855 Reply to the post : http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=posting&mode=reply&p=3840855 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by Black Hat Briefings & Training.
