Hi,

I don't think that Eclipse support Proxy authorization for install/update management. 
There are some system properties to define a proxy, but they don't include the 
username/password ones.
The only solution (if I am not wrong) is to install JBoss-IDE from the bundle. You can 
download it from the SourceForge site.
