ERROR [NamingService] Could not start on port 1099 java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketBind(Native Method)
I am getting the above error. Please someone tell me why I am getting this error,I have stopped another server but still I am getting the same error.
