Summary: Add support for external property file
Initial Comment:
Enhance XDoclet and Packaging interfaces to support the
identification and use of symbolic names defined in an
external properties file.
This would allow entries such as this in .packaging:
<folder prefix="WEB-INF" includes="**/*.tld"
excludes="" location="/usr/local/struts/lib" used="true"/>
to be rewritten as this:
<folder prefix="WEB-INF" includes="**/*.tld"
excludes="" location="${struts-lib-dir}" used="true"/>
The benefit of this feature enhancement would be to
allow sharing of configurations between developers on
dissimilar platforms (i.e. Windows and UNIX), since
machine-specific issues could be abstracted away using
the property file.
