Summary: Error undeploying a root context WAR
Initial Comment:
The JBoss TomcatDeployer (org.jboss.web.TomcatDeployer)
has a bug (at least in R 3.2.5) when undeploying a
web-archive (war) that is configured as root context ('/').
The 'ObjectName'/'ctxPath' in method
'performDeployInternal' is build different from that in
method 'performUndeploy'.
So 'server.isRegistered(objectName)' in method
'performUndeploy' (line 398) returns 'false', and the
WebModule is not deregistered/destroyed.
I have attached a proposed bug fix.

This is the same issue as 973565 and the problem was fixed
for the 3.2.6 release.
