Category: None >Group: v4.0 >Status: Closed >Resolution: Duplicate Priority: 5 Submitted By: Rick Wong (rickkw) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Null Subject after FORM based login Initial Comment: Hi, I read about bug 1040200 and I have a similar problem with JBoss 4.0. I narrowed it down to a very simple test case with a couple of jsp pages. It looks like that with FORM based authentication, immediately after the first login, the authenticated Subject is missing. Reloading or subsequent request will get the subject as expected. In this test case, I enabled SubjectAttributeName in jbossweb. In my own private code, a call to SecurityAssociation.getSubject() returns null in a similar manner. I am attaching the test case application as bug1040200.war. Thanks, -- Rick ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Scott M Stark (starksm) Date: 2004-10-06 23:41 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=175228 I have attached the example war to the original 1040200 case. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=376685&aid=1041981&group_id=22866 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IT Product Guide on ITManagersJournal Use IT products in your business?
