Here is additional information: I know how to use the menu item "Run=>External Tools=>External Tools..." to create an Ant Build launch configuration for the packaging-build.xml file; I can then add the .jar files to the CLASSPATH for this configuration.
My real question is how do I get the right-mouse-click "Run Packaging Ctrl+Alt+F7" menu choice to work -- is there a way to modify the configuration that this mouse click action uses?
