I can't provide the one I used, but I can create similar one for testing if needed. There is already tutorial about it http://java.sun.com/webservices/docs/1.3/tutorial/doc/JAXRPC.html. That tutorial instructs how to create a war archive from your webservice. You should be able to deoploy generated war into any servlet container.
