JBossCache based http session replication does not handle load balanced requests

The current http session replication on top of JBossCache does not handle a
load balanced request scenario due to the fact that the associated session
manager does not listen for node change events to know when to update the local
session store. Either the session manager needs to be rewritten to not use a
second level store of attributes, or the it needs to listen for the update
events.
