Tom,
JBoss 4 does not seem to have an appropriate mapping for JBoss Remoting in
the sample-bindings.xml file which causes port conflicts when someone tries
to run multiple instances of JBoss4 on a single IP using "ports-01"
configuration for one of the instances. I removed remoting to eliminate
this exception from my webinar tommorow but we need to update the CVS with a
new sample-bindings.xml that covers this.

Environment:
Am removing remoting-service.xml since are no handlers by default, so does not
make sense. Leaving open though, as should be able to use the service binding
manager to take care of this, once there are default handlers and a service xml
is needed in distro.
